The following represents Hatch & Kirk’s core return policy. Effective January 1, 2012
Cores are invoiced at time of sale and the customer then has 60 days to return the core. If material received is rejected after inspection, the customer will be notified. The customer will need to arrange to have a replacement core sent or pay the core invoice.

*Note: All core material returned MUST be rebuildable as per OEM published specification, to be accepted.
Hatch & Kirk warrants to the customer that our power pack assemblies will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for twenty-four (24) months from date of service or installation of goods, regardless of when the goods are first used, but in no event to exceed thirty (30) months from date of completion of services or sale of goods. If H&K confirms that the part is defective, H&K will, at its sole option, (a) repair the part or (b) provide a remanufactured or new replacement part provided that the customer pays all freight charges associated with the replacement part. H&K’s liability and the customer’s sole remedy with respect to any and all warranties shall be limited to the remedies set forth above. H&K is not responsible for any consequential damages. This warranty will not apply to any part that is used for purposes not intended, repaired, altered or modified without H&K express written permission or if subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or improper operation.
Customer must follow H&K’s written Return Material Authorization process before attempting to return any parts. Any parts returned to H&K without advance approval will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND OF ANY NON-CONTRACTUAL LIABILITIES INCLUDING PRODUCT LIABILITIES BASED UPON NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY
Hatch & Kirk, Inc. will send out an authorized RMA form to be included with the returned goods. We will not accept any materials returned without this form. The RMA is valid for 45 days from date of issuance. If the goods are not returned by the time allotted the customer must contact Hatch & Kirk to get a new RMA form issued.
Hatch & Kirk does not pay for shipping of returned goods. Once the goods have arrived they go through warranty evaluation. Should the claim be considered a valid warranty after this evaluation, Hatch & Kirk will credit applicable costs.
